We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Purse Guardian™ shopping bag must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unstained, and undamaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your Purse Guardian™ upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item was damaged during shipping so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Refunds
